Overview
Reiki Education and Research Institute is a 501(c)(3) non profit organization. We are unable to provide refund for our membership program. However we may consider a refund in exceptional cases. Please note that refund will be treated case by case and at the discretion of Reiki Education and Research Institute.
Example:
Serious illness or military service which preventing you from enjoying the member benefits.
Communication:
Before asking for a refund, please communicate with us by email to discuss any concerns or unsatifying experience with our membership program to see if we could come up with a solution to accommdate you.
Refund:
If your refund is approved, we will notify you of the approval or rejection by email.
Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
