This foundational program offers a comprehensive introduction to energy healing, with Reiki at its heart. Students begin their healing journey by developing greater sensitivity to energy and learning how Reiki can support healing and balance on the physical, mental-emotional, and spiritual levels.
Through Western Reiki Level I and Level II teachings, students learn essential Reiki principles, techniques, additional practical applications, and receive multiple Reiki attunements for both Level I and Level II. The program emphasizes self-healing, self-awareness, and integrating Reiki into everyday life as a powerful practice for greater well-being, clarity, balance, and personal empowerment.
More than simply learning a healing technique, this program invites students to create meaningful change in their lives—to deepen their connection with themselves, nurture their own healing, and cultivate a more balanced and empowered way of living.
Curriculum
This program includes 7 interactive, bi-weekly online classes.
- all materials traditionally taught in the west for level I and II of Usui natural healing method.
- additional materials from the Japanese tradition of Reiki.
- other information to aid the understanding of the concepts taught.
- classes 1- 3 will focus on stress reduction, opening your energy channels, developing sensitivity to energy, improving awareness, and beginning your self-healing journey.
- classes 4-7 will focus on expanding your ability and awareness to address mental emotional healing and distance healing.

What is included in the enrollment?
Structured instruction aligned with the selected level
Training is delivered through interactive live virtual or in-person sessions, following a clear, structured curriculum designed for practical understanding and effective learning at each level.
Program materials and guided practice resources
All students receive access to our membership website and learning portal. The portal provides course materials, practice resources, and downloadable documents, and will continue to expand as additional program formats are developed.
Level-appropriate Reiki attunement
Students receive a Reiki attunement, a guided process facilitated by a Master Teacher to support healing and the ability to channel Reiki, corresponding to selected training level.
Certificate of completion (upon meeting program requirements)
Issued upon successful fulfillment of program requirements for the respective training level.
One-Year Complimentary Membership (Begins at Enrollment for all training levels)
Membership includes continued learning opportunities and resources, member-exclusive events, regular group virtual practice sessions, and preferred pricing on selected programs. Associate Level Members receive additional resources and group mentoring support to help develop and expand their professional Reiki practice and / or teaching. Membership may be renewed upon expiration. Please refer to our FAQ for more information about our membership program.
Associate Membership Platform Access (Where Applicable)
Graduates of the Teacher Training Program and/or Professional Practitioner Program whose work reflects our mission and professional standards may be invited to offer services during their active membership period. Associate Teachers may offer classes through the Reiki Education platform, while Associate Practitioners may provide services through our service partner, Ki-Paradigm, LLC. Membership may be renewed to continue participating in this professional community.
