About us
The retreat is organized by Reiki Education and Research Institute (A.K.A RERI), a 501(c) 3 not for profit organization established in 2007 in Charlotte, North Carolina. The mission of RERI is to promote the health benefits of Reiki and provide quality education and healing services.
The Retreat
We have been hosting Reiki retreat each year since 2010. The retreat is such a popular event and we are ready to bring it back this year after 3 years of interruption due to the pandemic.
The Reiki retreat brings our community members and like-minded people together. During the weekend, you will experience relaxation, learning, Reiki practice and spiritual nourishment. In addition, it is a great opportunity to connect with like-hearted people who are on a similar healing/spiritual path.
Our retreat is held in a relaxed and serene setting. Reiki and related programs start in the morning and finish before lunch. Participants will have plenty of free time in the afternoon and evening to relax, explore nature, enjoy outdoor activities and mix and mingle.
If you are ready to experience an uplifting retreat experience and you are excited about being part of a loving and highly spiritual community, we welcome you to join us in this retreat.
Retreat Itinerary
Morning
- Daily meditation and ki-flow exercise
- Daily class and practice on Reiki
- Introductory class for newbies (available upon request)
Afternoon
- Enjoy self-guided outdoor activities
- Soak up the energy in nature and visit some of the famous state parks and waterfalls in Tennessee and explore local history
- Shop at local art and craft shops, consignment stores, pottery store and boutiques
- Visit some of the popular tourist hotspots in Monteagle, Tracy City and Sewanne
- Attend the 42th Native American Pow Wow event on 10/21 Saturday (group activity, optional)
Evening
- Enjoy fine dining experience in some of the gourmet restaurants
- Spiritual gatherings that will recharge your energy under the moon light.
- Bonfire on both Friday and Saturday nights.
