Drop Course and Refund Policy

The Reiki Education and Research Institute, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is committed to providing quality educational programs and events. Please note our refund policy:

We are unable to provide refunds for educational programs and events, except in unexpected circumstances. Requests for refunds or credit will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of the Reiki Education and Research Institute.

Exemptions from the policy may include:

- Severe health issues preventing your attendance in class
- Loss or bereavement of an immediate family member
- Military service

For course drop requests:

If you decide to drop a course within the first month of enrollment, or if unforeseen circumstances prevent course completion, you may request a course drop or withdrawal. In such cases, we will provide credits for use in another program within one year. Please note that credits are non-transferable, and after one year, they expire."
