The 12th Annual Reiki Retreat

October 17 -20, 2024 | Monteagle, Tennessee

Healing + Learning + Connection + Fun

About us

The retreat is organized by Reiki Education and Research Institute (A.K.A RERI), a 501(c) 3 not for profit organization established in 2007 in Charlotte, North Carolina. The mission of RERI is to promote the health benefits of Reiki and provide quality education and healing services.

The Retreat

We have been hosting an annual Reiki retreat since 2010, and the event has gained immense popularity. We were thrilled to resume it last year after a 3-year hiatus due to the pandemic, and we are committed to continuing this tradition by organizing our retreat every year.

The Reiki retreat brings together the current students, alumni, and paid members of various tiers membership within the Reiki Education and Research Institute (a.k.a. RERI), along with their friends and family interested in taking part in the retreat.

Our retreat takes place in a relaxed and serene setting. Reiki and related programs commence in the morning and conclude before lunch. Participants will have ample free time in the afternoon to relax, enjoy quiet moments, immerse themselves in the beauty of the retreat and its surrounding areas, engage in outdoor activities, and connect with like-hearted people. Evenings are spent gathering around bonfires and participating in spiritual gatherings, creating a warm and communal atmosphere. The day concludes with an Om meditation session.

If you are a paid member of the organization, you and your guests will receive a 10% to 20% discount on the retreat. If you don’t have a membership with us and would like to receive a discount for the retreat, please sign up for a membership. Upon signing up, we will send you a discount code via email. To avail the discount for the retreat, simply apply the code during the registration process.

FAQ

What is Reiki?

Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) is a Japanese term meaning Universal (or spiritual) life force energy. It is used as an energy healing practice to promote health and wellbeing. In practice, a Reiki practitioner tunes into this higher vibrational energy called Reiki (pronouced Ray-ki). They then channel it through their body to themselves, another individual, or any living thing. This higher vibrational energy (Reiki) flows at a higher frequency thus releasing energy blockages and improving energy flow.

Practicing Reiki induces a relaxed and meditative state for both the giver and the receiver. The increased energy flow from the practitioner’s hands to the recipient generates a deep relaxation. This creates a natural environment which promotes healing on the physical, mental-emotional and spiritual levels. For more information, please check out our main site: https://ReikiEducation.org
